Kids policy:
- maximum of 2 kids under 14 years of age can stay and eat for free from the kids menu when sharing room with parent(s).- a special discount will be applied to a seperate room for children only (maximum of 3 kids per room).
Cancellation and no show policy:
- Cancellations made 4 days or less prior to check-in will incur a 1 night's accommodation fee.- No shows will incur a 1 night's accommodation fee and the booking cancelled thereafter.
- No refund will be made for unused nights due to late check-in and premature departure and if not notified within 48 hours will incur 1 night's accommodation fee.
- In addition to the charges levied by Warwick Fiji Resort, Fiji Hotel Link will charge a handling fee of 10% of the value of the booking with a minimum charge of $20 and a maximum of $50.
